Fees

Fees and charges information is available on the catalyst training & disability services website, www.catalysttds.com.au.  The student tuition fees as published on the website are subject to change given individual circumstances at enrolment.  All students are provided with a written statement of fees prior to enrolment.

catalyst training & disability services acknowledges that training services for foundation level courses are provided with funds made available by the Victorian and Commonwealth Governments.  Government funding through Skills First enables fee concessions for eligible

Refund of fees

catalyst training & disability services will refund fees paid in advance without penalty if a course is cancelled or if the student does not commence the course.

If the student discontinues training within four weeks of enrolment, catalyst training & disability services will refund the fee paid, less an administration fee (charged as a percentage of the overall fees) and less the cost of any materials provided.

If the student withdraws from a training program more than four weeks after enrolment, fees paid will not refunded.

Requests for refunds must be made in writing and will be processed within 28 days of receiving the written request. Refunds will not be issued until the written request has been received and will not be issued in cash.  A refund will not be issued until the student’s withdrawal from the program is confirmed. 

If the student stops attending classes without formal notification of withdrawal NO fee refund will apply.

If catalyst training & disability services cancels a course or if the student is unable to commence (with valid reason) a full refund of all payments will be provided. Both forms, and support to apply for a refund, can be obtained from the Student and Trainer Administration Manager who can be contacted on 9038 9292 or by email office@catalysttds.com.au.

Fees and Charges

catalyst training & support services acknowledges the support of the Victorian and Commonwealth Governments in the delivery of its accredited courses across of Victoria through its registered training organisation (RTO) No. 41525.

catalyst courses are delivered by qualified and experienced trainer/assessors.

When you enrol with catalyst, we will give talk to you about the concession/s that you are eligible for.

When you have finished the course, all of your fees need to be paid before you receive your Certificate or Statement of Attainment for your course.
