Yannis is an esteemed VET specialist and consultant with over a decade of experience in the VET and other sectors. He is widely respected for his visionary leadership, adept project management skills, and has a proven track record in driving impactful change.
Yannis has a passion for solving complex challenges, particularly in operations oversight, financial management and policy development within the education sector.
Yannis holds relevant industry and vocational qualifications in training, business and leadership, and is an active member of the Australian Institute of Project Management.

Stella is an experienced administration manager and has held positions at leading Australian universities; an innovative accommodation service supporting people with a disability; and a warehousing and distribution business.
Stella has a passion for enabling students from all backgrounds to achieve their potential. As a career administrator she brings a professional approach to the systems and processes that ensure the smooth running of Catalyst Training.
Stella’s extensive experience is supported by business training through the Richmond upon Thames Tertiary Institution.

Nicole Crawford Practical Placement Manager
Nicole has a strong administration background in Corporate and Finance. This background allows for effective communication with businesses in coordinating and creating practical placement opportunities.
Nicole has established her own boutique business, chiefly arranging schedules and timelines for professional providers by setting goals to achieve outcomes on a deadline. She is passionate about sourcing the best fit work outcomes for our participants.
