With over 15 years of experience managing NDIS and Disability Employment programs, she has a strong focus on helping school leavers build confidence and navigate the transition from school to work.
Her background includes business and marketing qualifications, along with 25 years of experience in business development and relationship management. Vicki’s holistic approach ensures that job seekers of all ages receive the support they need to lead fulfilling lives.

Nicole Crawford Practical Placement Manager
Nicole has a strong administration background in Corporate and Finance. This background allows for effective communication with businesses in coordinating and creating practical placement opportunities.
Nicole has established her own boutique business, chiefly arranging schedules and timelines for professional providers by setting goals to achieve outcomes on a deadline. She is passionate about sourcing the best fit work outcomes for our participants.
